Conception of a privacy-friendly navigation
system using isochronous maps
In the present work a concept is developed how a privacy-friendly Location-Based Services (LBS) for the doping control area can be designed and used. This software can use isochron map to determine the position of athletes and lead through the integrated blind navigation system a doping control to the athlete, without betraying the position of the athlete. The goal is to perform a doping control process, using software that does not interfere with the privacy of the athlete. Solutions are analysed and their advantages and disadvantages are weighed. The advantages of the data protection-friendly development of applications are highlighted in the present work, possibilities and risks as well as boundary conditions of LBS are discussed and presented in the form of the presented solution. Typical questions during the conception, design and implementation phases of a mobile application for doping control are analysed and solutions are shown based on the implemented prototype tool. At the end of this work, in addition to a prototype of a privacy-friendly LBS for doping control, the experiences and insights related to the path to realisation, which can serve as a guide and as a guide for similar projects. The work presented here was written as part of the PARADISE project at the research chair Service-centric networking (SNET) of the Technische Universität Berlin.
