Overview
Street Smart Retail aims to provide a Digital Retail Suite that enables retailers to bridge the electronic and physical commerce. The Digital Retail Suite is a combination of a cloud computing service model and the provision of data analytics as a service. These technologies enhance the traditional customer relationship management tools for the retailers and provide enhanced means for smart retail in the 21st century.
Within the scope of this project the Service-centric Networking group at TU Berlin explores novel approaches to analyze and learn from spatio-temporal position data and use these insights to discover new means for providing location-based services.
